We have two options in outbound calling.
a) Pre-select
b) Override
a) Preselect means that we take over your line for you. We bill you for everything and every call you make is billed to you by UltraFast
b) Override means you can override your current provider by dialing a 4 digit prefix code before you dial each phone number. You can do this manually but you'll find your staff will forget or perhaps not understand how significant the savings are when using UltraFast.
We can enter the override code directly into your PBX, forcing certain calls to be made using UltraFast. You may wish to leave your local calls with your current provider, for example, because they are already billing you for your lines.
The savings are greater using the preselect option but whichever option you choose, the savings WILL be significant. Most customers opting for the override option are enjoying savings of around 30% from their current call costs.
